Is a highly effective Tile & Grout Solvent based penetrating sealer.

• Provides optimal protection against water, oil spills, food and beverage stains.

• Does not alter the natural look of fine stone nor change it’s surface texture.

• Enhances the beauty of finestone and reatains it’s newness.

• Chemically and physically bonds to substrates creating a sub-surface barrier.

• Vapour permeable-allows stone to breathe and won’t trap moisture.

• Ideal for, limestone, granite and polished porcelain.

Makes cleaning of tiles easy.

• Apply 1 or 2 coats of SOLV-SEAL PLATINUM using a lambswool applicator sponge or sprayer. Allow 30 minutes drying time in between coats.
• Using absorbant towelling or applicator, wipe off any sealer remaining on the tile and grout after 10 minutes of each application. Do not allow surface to dry during this time.
• Achieves a full cure time in 24-48 hours. Keep traffic off for 12 hours.
• Coverage is 1 litre per 15-60sqm per coat, depending on the type of stone or tile, porosity, texture of surface, temperature, humidity and type of application.
