JCW Cleaning

Jim and Cris Woodall purchased a small Rockhampton general cleaning business in 2004.  “The business came with a small portable machine but it was difficult to get good results so we decided to purchase our first truckmount. Unfortunately we had quality and reliability issues which was frustrating and costly.”

Paul started his business from scratch 6 years ago and services the Latrobe Valley in Victoria.  "I started out with a liquid ring machine, and I felt that our cleaning could be better.  I couldn't imporve the results with the system I was using and I also thought it was reckless using 6 litres of water per minute just to get vacuum on the machine. 

I saw the Performer 405 in action and it was exactly what I was looking for - the heat and performance were excellent.  I was absolutely wrapped with it and was reluctant to trade it in a few years later but could see the benefit in upgrading ot the water-saving Everest.   The E.P.A is very active in the Latrobe Valley, so the water-saving benefit was an important decision maker for me.  The buy-back price Prochem gave me was also too good to pass up.  I have found the build quality and finish ont he Prochem machines far exceeds the other brands I have looked at, and because Prochem are the forefront in innovation, I look forward to the future to see what new technology they create.

I run a laptop and mini-printer setup in the van so we can quote and invoice onsite.  I also have MSDS sheets on file.  The technology is really easy, and Blue Tooth technology makes it all wireless.  We are more efficient as a result and present as true professionals.  The van is alot tidier, and it lifts your business up  another couple of notches.  I win more business as a result.  Prochem supply our company 100%, they are a true one-stop shop for all of our business needs. Chris Otter - Number 1 Cleaning Service:

Chris has been in buseiss for over 30 years.  He started in general cleaning then progressed to Foam shampoo cleaning.  "In the late 70's the first portables were manufactured but they only had 50psi pumps and ver little vacuum.  They weren't very reliable either.  Ten years later, I looked into truckmounts and have had a couple of different brands over the past 12 years.  I was having a lot of downtime which is the biggest headache in this busienss.  I needed to eliminate the downtime, and that is why I decided to buy a Prochem.  I liked the idea of the simplicity of the unit.  Less things to break will make it more reliable.  We had problems with our Hydramaster machine in this way.

We also chose Prochem because they are honest and good people to deal with.  They have always got plenty of information to share too.  The extra heat on my Legend XL makes a big difference to my cleaning.  I was a bit wary of very hot machines, I was worried I would have problems on the carpet, but I have found it works extrememely well.  The chemicals are also great.  It is a great system that works!"

Diamond Capret Cleaning has been established for 14 years.  Bob Cruickhank operates from Forrest Lake in Brisbane's Western Suburbs. Bob offers his clientele carpet and upholsteyr cleaning services pest control and now hard surface cleaning.  After 13 years using portable equipment, Bob recently pruchased a Prochem Legend SE with Heat Sentry installed into a Kia Pregio van.  This has enabled him to offer his new and existing clientele a hard surface cleaning option along with a far more professional image and far superior cleaning results.

"The thing I like haobut the Prochem equipment is that the Legend SE is a fool-proof and extremely reliable cleaning plant. The heat generated is on tap all the time.  I am still amazed at how quickly it reaches temperature on my first job of the day.  I am a very hands on person as well, so I was there for the short duration of the installation and it was very pleasing to see the professional workmanship that went into the fitting of my new unit.  Thanks to Brett for doing such a professional job!  The after-sales service here in Queensland has also been First Class!  Prochem reaaly seem to care about what they do.

Geoff Littman - Fyna Clean:

It was early 1997 when I ordered and received one of the original Prochem machines in Australia.  It was, at that time, a huge investment for my business and a huge gamble not having seen a Performer 405 before.  There were many sleepless nights of worry anticipating its arrival. Only weeks had passed before I was confident that my months of research had finally paid off. I knew that this machine would OUT-PERFORM and OUTLAST any machine I had ever owned before.  I would also put our quality of work in a league our competitors would find very difficult to achieve.

After 7 years, the Nissan motor, Sutorbuilt blower and Cat Pump have had no major work other than regular maintenance.  With over 8000 hours of work, the 405's performance and reliability is as good as day one.  NEVER has any mechanical fault stopped me from completing a days work.  There has always been a quick-fix solution available until time allowed for the proper repair.  In 7 years, apart from routine maintenance, I would be exaggerating if I had spent over $2000 in parts and repairs.

My original business plan was to upgrade my machine in 5 years.  Well, due to the performance of this machine, I am going to assess my stiuation in 10 years.  Well done Prochem and thanks a million."

Paul Brennan - Above All Cleaning Service:

Paul has been in the cleaning industry for 14 years, starting part time whilst working for Australia Post. Paul now employs 60 staff throughout Victoria and does alot of commercial cleaning for large supermarkets and companies such as Pacific Dunlop, Ballarat University and Golden Plain Shire.

We may need to clean 400 rooms at the university in a week, so we need to cover as much ground as quickly as we can. The heat and power of the 805 gives us excellent results.  In the depths of winter when there may even be snow on the ground, my cutsomers are still confident to get their carpets cleaned as they know I can have them dry within hours.  You know you must be doing something right when your cusotmers ring you and tell you how pleased they are.  As I see it, when you can turn up to a job with quality equipment, nothing is left to chance. 

Summing up in one word, the 805 is AWESOME!  I feel so fortunate to have such technology, versatility and power in one affordable package.  I have had the 805 for nearly 12 months, and it has already paid for itself.  I am now looking a purchasing  a New Generation Everest for our smaller domestic jobs.  I can't fault the back-up support that I have received from Prochem.  They have ben over backwards for me."
