At Prochem, our goal is to assist you to be the best technicians in the field. We offer a variety of training sessions incorporating a combination of hands-on and classroom programs. Our trainers have extensive hands-on experience from operating their own successful carpet cleaning companies.    

Network Evenings:  These evening sessions cover a variety of technical, marketing and new product topics. They are a great opportunity to 'network' with other carpet and tile cleaners, and to share and problem solve similar experiences.  Food and drinks are provided.  

Back-To-Basics Courses:  These half-day sessions teach the fundamentals of carpet and upholstery cleaning, spotting,  tile cleaning and water damage restoration. They are ideal for newcomers to the industry, as an introduction to the industry, or if you haven't attended any training sessions before. These courses qualify for IICRC Continuing Education Credits (CEC's).

IICRC Courses: These 2 Day accredited courses will make you a Certified Technician with the globally-recognised Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration.  Courses are available in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Odour Control, Carpet Repairs and Reinstallation, and Colour Repair.  Designed for the true professional, these courses are also suitable for the receptionist in your company.  Reduced course fees apply if they attend with a Technician. 

Specialty Courses:  From time to time, we invite experts to teach topics in their chosen field.  Examples include Advanced Stain Removal, Leather Cleaning, Leather Repair, Truckmount Maintenance and more.  These courses may also qualify for IICRC Continuing Education Credits (CEC's).  Please contact us for details or refer to our training schedule.
